Silom Thai Brasserie: traditional thai in a modern setting

Amsterdam has gained a new Thai restaurant. At Silom Thai Brasserie they serve authentic Thai cuisine and put some dishes in a surprising twist. The setting is modern and refreshing, perfect for a nice night out with a date, friends and family or large groups in the private dining room.

Many will be familiar with Bird on the Seafront. For years, this restaurant has been known as a place to go for authentic Thai cuisine. Cozy, but not for a long dinner. The same owners now come up with Silom Thai Brasserie: authentic Thai flavors in a modern setting. The fantastic interior, extensive drink menu and fine service make you want to linger here just a little longer.

On the menu at Silom Thai Brasserie

The map is divided into two parts. At Discover Thailand you'll find a wide range of surprising dishes, some of which you wouldn't find in any other Thai restaurant. Delicious soups, richly filled salads, small dishes for sharing and main dishes like curries and noodles. A favorite: the fried dorade with a green mango salad. The other part of the menu features theTraditional Thai dishes. Think Tom Ka Kai (Coconut soup with chicken) and Pad Thai. The flavors are pure and authentic, whatever you choose here.

Opening hours

Silom Thai Brasserie is open from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday to Sunday.
