Imagine sunlight dancing on the water, soft benches along a canal full of trees, and the sound of clicking glasses in the air. That's exactly where Bisous opts for this summer during the summer break of Daalder. With some love and confidence gave top chef Dennis Huwaë turn over the keys to Bas Noorman and Lowie Jansen - the love of cooking remained.
The result? A lighthearted pop-up where champagne, bites and sunshine lead roles. Enjoy the Sole de Mer (whole sea bass in salt crust) or Tournedos au Poivre Concassé - stellar classics with bite. Plus two Daalder Classics which Dennis himself added: the Toast Tajima with wagyu ham and winter truffle, and Poulet au Caviar. Of course, there is no shortage of the finest Burgundy wines in the sunshine.

You can visit all weekend for lunches, sunset snacks and late-night snacks with cocktails. Rain? The terrace moves indoors, with no loss of atmosphere - typical Amsterdam charm.
"Here, every sip of rosé feels like a moment of 'je-ne-sais-quoi' between sun and water."
The whole thing is summery stylish, playful and urban elegance. Bas and Lowie captured the essence: "We miss a terrace in De Pijp, so we didn't hesitate for a second when Dennis passed on the keys," their vibe rings true.
