House of Noa: Amsterdam's newest culinary nightclub

In the Beurs van Berlage, one of the most iconic national monuments in the Netherlands and a recognized UNESCO World Heritage Site, a sophisticated blend of gastronomy, design and nightlife will be launched in late 2025 by the people behind The Seafood Bar and Ken Sushi.

Amsterdam's culinary and nightlife scene is about to win a splendor: House of Noa. Hidden beneath the monumental Beurs van Berlage, this concept will be the result of a collaboration between Fleur and Pepijn de Visscher of The Seafood Bar and sushi master Ken Srisangkhan (better known for Ken Sushi). It promises to be a place where refined food gradually transforms into a stylish, cosmopolitan evening full of music, atmosphere and experience.

Fleur and Pepijn de Visscher have already built a reputation in Amsterdam and London with The Seafood Bar. Ken Srisangkhan, founder and chef of Ken Sushi, brings his expertise to lead an omakase-inspired menu centered on hand-rolled temaki. The idea: guests share, discover and enjoy in an intimate setting, while Ken himself is present weekly to guide the guest experience.

"In the Beurs van Berlage, we want to create a place where design, gastronomy and experience come together - where you first dine, then drink and finally dance." - Pepijn de Visscher

What makes it extra special is the structure of the evening: House of Noa aims to be not just a gourmet restaurant, but a place where the night comes alive. The atmosphere evolves from dinner to nighttime feast with DJ, cocktails and an ambiance reminiscent of a 19th-century opium house in Hong Kong - combined with Parisian allure.

With House of Noa in the Beurs van Berlage, an extra dimension will be added to the cultural and hospitality atmosphere of Damrak and downtown. The new restaurant cum nachclub promises to become a new hotspot where local gourmets as well as international visitors come together for an evening of elegance, gastronomy and experience.
