In a former streetcar depot in Amsterdam West you will find indoor food market De Foodhallen, a culinary hotspot with 21 different restaurants and bars that together represent world cuisine. Something for every taste.
De Foodhallen is the place to be for great food and drink. Inspired by famous food courts such as Mercado de San Miguel in Madrid, Torvehallerne in Copenhagen and Borough Market in London, you will find 21 stalls in De Foodhallen representing different cuisines and serving their well-known signature dishes.

From dim sum of Dum Sum Thing to bao bun's from Le Big Fish, hot dogs from Bulls & Dogs, citizens of The Butcher, pizza from Renatos, sushi from Mr. Temaki, chicken from Holy Fried Chicken, Vietnamese from Vietview, Indian from Shirkan, Spanish snacks from Padron, tacos from Lima from celebrity chefs Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot, mezze from Maza, Pita kebab and falafel from Pita by renowned chefs Freek van Noortwijk and Guillaume de Beer, tapas and pintxos from Txosta, BBQ dishes from The Rough Kitchen by world champion BBQing Jord Althuizen, bitterballs from The Ball Bar, pastries from Petit Gateau and G&Ts from the Gin & Tonic Bar. The Halls
You will find the Foodhallen in De Hallen in Amsterdam West. De Hallen is located in a former streetcar depot that has been transformed into a lively center for hospitality, culture, fashion and crafts. Besides De Foodhallen, you will find in and around De Hallen a cinema (De Filmhallen), a library, a coffee bar and several restaurants, stores and galleries. In front of the entrance to the monumental building you will find De Dappermarkt, a daily market with fresh produce.
