On May 9, 2019, the renovated Pacific Amsterdam opened its doors. The menu is a very fine mix of International bites and dishes. For example, for drinks you can order Vietnamese spring rolls from the Albert Cuyp, Pastrami sliders and fries from Frites uit Zuyd, among others. The dinner menu consists of small and large dishes to share. Think game charcuterie, Cod with white asparagus and Brie from the oven with desemtoast. In addition to drinks and good food, there is an all-new musical program. For example, it's party every Friday night during Disco Pacifico and you can expect many more nights of dancing. Opening hours
Pacific Amsterdam is open Sunday through Wednesday from 09:00 to 01:00. On Thursdays you can visit from 09:00 to 03:00 and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 04:00.
