Chef Justin Brown, who you may know from bao bun paradise The Bao Kitchen, works magic with chicken here. From the Dirty Chicken Burger to Thom Kha Kai, a roast chicken with fries, Korean Fried Chicken and the specialty Beer Can Chicken where the beer in the can steams while the chicken is cooking, keeping the chicken tender and juicy inside. In addition to all kinds of chicken dishes, they also serve beef burgers and briskets for lovers.
