Saints & Stars promises that with their HIIT workouts inspired by boxing and the famous bootcamp, you'll burn up to 1,000 calories per class. The trainers are focused on challenging you and going just a step outside your comfort zone. The two classes they offer, in addition to personal training, are Holy Box and Holy Shred. Both focus on shaping the body and building muscle mass under the guidance of a motivated trainer and loud music.
