Paradiso will be transformed into one of the city's most intense clubs during ADE. The lineup emphasizes techno and house, with three main acts each making their own mark: Jeff Mills, Speedy J and Kettama.
Retrieved from Oct. 24 Jeff Mills takes the stage. The Detroit pioneer has been known for decades for his futuristic vision of techno. His sets are tight, hypnotic and often cosmic in structure. For this evening he will be joined by Takuya Nakamura, which adds live horns, and support from 4am Kru and Tribes. It promises to be an evening in which Mills' precision collides with improvisation and energy.

The weekend is reserved for Speedy J, who with his concept Disturb Live Paradiso takes over on Oct. 25 and 26. No traditional DJ sets here, but an audiovisual experiment: live patching, visuals that turn the venue into a laboratory and an intensity that draws you in as a visitor. Stoor Live is notorious because no show is the same - each performance is a new experiment.
The kickoff of Paradiso's ADE program takes place on Oct. 23 with Kettama. The Irish DJ has quickly become one of the most popular names in house. His sets are uplifting, groovy and built to keep the dance floor moving non-stop. That night he shares the stage with Pongo, who brings African kuduro to the club, and Skeler, which adds future bass.
"Spearheaded by Jeff Mills, Speedy J and Kettama, Paradiso shows why ADE comes alive here."
Paradiso thus offers four completely different nights that together form a sample of ADE: house with a touch of kuduro, techno by the master himself and a weekend full of radical live experiments. In the old church space, these beats take on an extra dimension: monumental and intimate at the same time.
