Sissi's combines restaurant, club and creative space

Sissi's is back, in a new location. The new space is a restaurant, club and creative lab all in one. Come eat, drink, dance and dance, at Sissi's it's always a party!

Sissi's Amsterdam is located in industrial area De Schinkel, in a former factory hall. The setup is hybrid: during the day you can go there for food, at night the space transforms into club rooms with music, dancing and DJs.

The kitchen employs a rotating menu inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors: shared dishes, fresh ingredients and a dining experience that loosens into conversations, drinks and club rhythms. To support the culinary space, there's also a tee cold café, natural wine corner and a deli.

At night, the building opens as a club. Two rooms, a brown pub, DJ sets, live music - Sissi's positions itself as a place where the evening grows from dinner to dance. The club opening begins around 10 p.m., while the terrace ("Sunny Side") is alive with light beats and atmosphere as early as noon.

What sets Sissi's apart is the mix of features: you don't have to be in before midnight for dancing - there's food, meeting and creation beforehand. The decor retains industrial flair, with raw accents, open spaces and creative nooks that invite you to stay.

Target audience: people who want to go out in a place that offers more than just music. You stumble from dinner to club, or come from earlier for food and hang out until deep into the night. In the club world where there is often segregation between food and beats, Sissi's is an attempt at integration.
