After a successful first edition in 2025 with a Japanese & Korean focus, this year's festival is growing into a grand three-day event celebrating the versatility of Asian cultures. From steaming bowls of ramen and spicy laksa to fragrant rendang, pho and authentic kimchi, visitors will take a culinary journey through the flavors of Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
However, the Art of Taste Food Festival is about more than just food. The festival brings an extensive cultural program to the Museumplein with live music, traditional and modern dance performances, workshops, fashion, art installations and activities for young and old. This creates a dynamic mix of food festival, city experience and cultural event that perfectly matches Amsterdam's international character.

The panorama path is the visual centerpiece of the festival, offering visitors an impressive view of Museumplein and the city skyline. Between the food stands, performances and art objects, an atmosphere is created where meeting and cultural exchange naturally converge.
“Art of Taste Food Festival proves that food is more than just taste - it is a cultural experience that brings people together.”
With an approachable and inclusive character, Art of Taste Foodfestival positions itself as a connecting city festival where diversity is celebrated in public space. Food serves as a universal language that brings people together and allows them to discover new stories. Especially in a city like Amsterdam, where cultures come together daily, a festival like this feels completely at home.
Art of Taste Food Festival shows how gastronomy, art and culture reinforce each other. For three days, Museum Square is dedicated to taste, creativity and connection - a colorful ode to the city's rich Asian food cultures and international energy.
