The Kingdom of the Pharaohs now at Fabrique des Lumières

The spectacular digital art center Fabrique des Lumières on the Westergasfabriek grounds immerses visitors in three millennia of history, where monumental sculptures, ancient artifacts and mythological narratives come together in a breathtaking audiovisual experience.
Wander along the Nile and the pyramids of Giza
In a fusion of art and technology, this exhibition brings to life the golden age of the Pharaohs. Walk along the banks of the Nile, the source of life for ancient Egypt, and behold the grandeur of the pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinos. Thanks to innovative projections, these iconic structures and the Sphinx are displayed in stunning detail, as if you were traveling through time to 2500 B.C.
The pharaohs and their legacy
From Narmer, who united Upper and Lower Egypt, to the legendary Ramses II, known for his military campaigns and monumental temples - the exhibition takes visitors into the life stories of the most powerful rulers in Egyptian history. The afterlife in pictures
No civilization valued the afterlife as much as the Egyptians. 'The Kingdom of the Pharaohs' takes a fascinating look at the soul's journey into the realm of the dead, using digital reconstructions of the famous Book of the Dead. Magical spells and mythological tales accompany visitors on this transition between life and death.
