Restaurant and beer garden Bret: a concrete jungle near Sloterdijk

Bret is single-handedly creating a stir in the Orly Square in the Sloterdijk neighborhood. The gray office area has been transformed into a concrete jungle with a lush green park and a restaurant/beer garden in red containers.

At Bret, you can go all day for the delicious food, craft beers and dancing at the now famous parties. The unusual restaurant is housed in containers on a square that has been transformed into a green paradise. The food and drinks are also dedicated to sustainability with regionally grown produce, locally brewed beer and seasonal ingredients free of artificial substances and pesticides.

Bret stands for sustainability, simple but good food and craft beers. The chef takes care to get as much flavor into each dish with as little waste as possible. Local, organic products are used both in the kitchen and behind the bar. For lunch and dinner you will find International dishes such as mackerel on bread, burgers, soups and salads. For drinks, enjoy fine bites like Jalapeño poppers, Nachos and cheese focaccia.

Opening hours

Bret is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 00 a.m.. On Friday and Saturday you can go there from 12.00 to 04.00 and on Sunday from 12.00 to 00.00. View the event page for all parties.
