What once began as an intimate party in the middle of the jungle of Tulum has grown into a global phenomenon. Since its first edition in late 2017, Zamna has achieved an almost mythical status within the electronic music scene. The combination of nature, art and progressive music is at the core of the concept, with the iconic main stage - known for its impressive visuals and holograms - playing a central role in particular.
For the Dutch premiere, Free Your Mind joined forces with international partners to create a large-scale edition. With room for as many as 20,000 visitors, it promises to be one of the most striking new festivals of the season. The choice of the industrial setting of the Havenpark in the Western Docklands seamlessly matches Zamna's raw yet aesthetic signature.

The lineup immediately underscores its international allure. Names like Hugel, Innellea and Korolova bring their signature sound to Amsterdam. There is also plenty of room for Dutch talent, with sets by the likes of DJ Chuckie, Aat and Dyna. A mysterious headliner will be announced later, adding to the excitement.
“Zamna is not a festival, it is an experience that brings together music, art and location into one hypnotic whole.”
Remarkably, Zamna is no longer a stranger to the city. During the Amsterdam Dance Event there were already successful showcases in recent years, including in collaboration with local party Sona. This new outdoor edition, however, marks the next step: bigger, more immersive and more international than ever.
With previous editions in iconic locations like the pyramids of Giza and destinations like Athens, Milan and Bali, Zamna is positioning itself as a traveling spectacle that transcends borders. Amsterdam now joins that list - and it feels like a logical match.
