Modestly started at Haarlemmerplein 29, Nous Coffee has carefully nestled itself in the heart of the Jordaan. Owners Louis Tomasoa and Koen van Meersbergen introduced an interior with simple elegance: white with lilac accents, tall windows, plenty of natural light and a corner building that lends itself to slow coffee. The atmosphere is light, modern-urban and perfect for those in the mood for specialty coffee, matcha or their signature magic lemonade which changes color on the table.
Since March 2025, you can also visit Nous in Amsterdam-North. At Docklandsweg 29 opened their second-chance-at-early-arrival location, where you'll once again find specialty coffee paired with cinnamon buns, vegan coconut macaroons and a nostalgic playlist. The atmosphere is the same warm and inviting, with locals feeling at home there as well as new guests who feel immediately welcome.
The opening hours have remained faithful: Haarlemmerplein: Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00, Sat-Sun until 17:00. Noord: Mon-Fri from 08:00, Sat to 17:00 and Sun from 09:00. Both locations serve specialty coffee, ceremonial grade matcha, barista chocolate, cakes, homemade cookies and their lilac magic lemonade full of creative flair.
