BAUT Del Sol is the most casual summer version of BAUT to date. At the Nautix Marina - the nautical heart of East - a sun-drenched pop-up has sprung up. Put on your sunglasses, plop down on a sun bed by the water, and get carried away by Mediterranean vibes that range from jugs of sangria to stuffed tapas and street food from the outdoor kitchen.
The menu is a sun journey in itself: typical favorites include Turbotine with ajilimojili and Chuleton with chimichurri - full of flavor and with that BAUT spirit: daily fresh, casual and always a touch surprising. Popular dishes remain available throughout the day, with additional lunch specials on sunny afternoons.
Michiel van der Eerde - co-founder of BAUT and sun lover - brought his Ibiza experience to Amsterdam: barbecue, vegetable garden, relaxed summer atmosphere in the city. You can see, hear and taste that.
The waterfront terrace - accessible by bike, car, boat or bus 48 - exudes a carefree vacation vibe. Ideal during the day for a long lunch or drinks, at night it buzzes with life with music, wine and sunsets drawing the silhouette of boats and skyline.
BAUT Del Sol is open from Wednesday to Sunday, with extended service: Wednesday through Friday from 4 p.m., on weekends from as early as 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Groups up to 15 people book online, larger events are by arrangement.
