The Bacchus festival is known as the place to be for wine lovers. For two weekends, the Amsterdam forest is the location for tasting lots of special wines by the glass or bottle. This year they have teamed up with ELLE Eten magazine for a real culinary Snack Bar. Seven different chefs transform their favorite snack into a culinary masterpiece. "Haute friture" according to ELLE Magazine. Think smokey brisket slider and a quirky version of the frikadel special. Yum!
