101 Gowrie street is the name of the street where young Alex Haupt, a chef from Australia with Japanese and German roots, grew up. After moving to Amsterdam, he became interested in the local products and cultural heritage of the Netherlands and decided to open a restaurant with his own version of New Dutch cuisine. Everything he does is with the utmost respect for product and environment. For example, even the wines served there are produced organically and naturally as much as possible.

At 101 Gowrie, choose between a 4-course or 7-course dinner with or without a matching wine pairing. Let the chef and his team surprise you with flavorful dishes such as North Sea mackerel with piccalilli and wild garlic and Puffed pork skin with razor clams in vinaigrette. A full vegetarian menu is also available.
