Persijn Dutch Eatery shows that Dutch cuisine can be both surprising and versatile. Besides the fact that all the dishes should taste good, they find it especially important here that it is prepared honestly and responsibly. Persijn uses local products and many ingredients from their own greenhouse. You can go there for a cup of coffee, a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Persijn is located in the sustainable QO hotel and is a true picture to behold. In the bright, perfectly decorated space, you can enjoy fine drinks and dishes all day long. The kitchen uses products from local entrepreneurs, homegrown fish, herbs, fruits and vegetables as much as possible. On the roof of the hotel is a real greenhouse, where new technologies are used to work as sustainably as possible. On the menu you will find contemporary Dutch dishes. Think of a Dutch shrimp cocktail, Cod with sea vegetables and cockles and a Stamppot with string meat and bacon in a new look.
The Sunday Boozy Brunch at Persijn's
Every first Sunday of the month, Persijn collaborates with Ketel One Vodka to bring you a perfect Sunday afternoon. During the Sunday Boozy Brunch you can join them from 12:30 to 15:30 for a bottemless brunch with a variety of dishes from the breakfast menu. From pancakes to oysters to a poached egg on toast. Need something other than fresh gravy or coffee? The cocktail bar pours delicious Bloody Marys and Espresso Martinis. You can't start your day any better.
