Restaurant Baut is a traveling culinary circus that in recent years found its home at various locations such as Trouw in the Wibautstraat, the Citroën Garage near the Olympic Stadium and Vroom & Dreesmann on the Rokin. Today, you can find Baut on Paradijsplein in Amsterdam East where the famous chef and owner Michiel van der Eerde rules the roost. Van der Eerde has earned his spurs at top restaurants such as De Hoefslag, Oudsluis, De Bokkendoorns and Envy. For Baut's menu, he opts for worldly cuisine, from French to Asian, and everything ridiculously delicious and affordable.
