Since the summer of 2023, LuminAir has been floating above the city like a strange bird: 43 meters high, on the 11th floor of the Hilton - on the spot where the Skylounge once sat. Interior studio King Kongs transformed the space into a constantly changing work of art, with cloud installations and light that literally moves like air. Just different every time: warm lighting mixes with plush furniture, and a large terrace lets you float above Amsterdam.
And then the cocktails: the Menu of Colors is an ode to refraction and world winds. Eight alcoholic and three non-alcoholic drinks - each inspired by an aerial phenomenon or wind from a specific country. The visuals? A special artwork by Lynn Spoor accompanies the menu, capturing in paint each cocktail coloring. Consider a Match Flame with roasted apple and pear whiskey, or the pastel-colored Clear Blue Sky, with Lillet Blanc - cocktails that you not only drink, but feel.
As if floating through the bar, join their events: Friday Rooftop Beats, Saturday Skyline Soul, brunch in the clouds (with sushi, rendang, and karaage) or the LuMini Tree-evenings during the week. Everything breathes rhythm, flavor and moving light.
New in 2024: the LuminAir Suite. A suite at the same height as the bar, with the same cloud experience, same view ánd linked music. After sampling the nightlife, you can literally linger in it.

Price? High, yes. But juries and guests are lyrical: LuminAir won 'Best New Cocktailbar 2024' and 'Best Hotel Bar 2025' for perfection in atmosphere, cocktails, design ánd service. Reviews praise the team for their enthusiasm, passion and hospitality; the cocktails are celebrated as international level.
