Loveland Festival is an outdoor electronic music festival in the middle of the greenery of Sloterpark in New West. The festival focuses entirely on house and techno and sets up several stages throughout the park. DJs spin there continuously throughout the weekend, keeping you engrossed in the music from beginning to end.
Behind the festival is Loveland Events, a Dutch dance organizer that has been active since 1995. The organization is considered one of the original dance promoters in the Netherlands and built a solid name in electronic music from that background. Loveland Festival is one of its permanent pillars, with a clear focus on high-quality house and techno programming.

The location plays an important role in how the festival feels. Sloterpark is a large city park with lots of space and greenery, which really gives the different stages their own place. As you walk past the stages, you constantly change sounds and tempo: from tight techno on one stage to warm house on another. Because everything is outdoors, the sound of the DJs blends with the open park, giving the festival a recognizable open-air setting.
Loveland traditionally brings back an impressive lineup of electronic music artists; Eric Prydz, Fatboy Slim, Mau P, Jamie Jones, Camelphat, Sven Väth, Ben Klock, Joris Voorn, Sasha & John Digweed, Kölsch, Hernan Cattaneo B2B Nick Warren and Hot Since 82.
According to recent information from the organization itself, new editions of Loveland Festival in Sloterpark are planned for August 8 and 9, 2026. Preparations are underway: the organization is announcing the first names and an early ticket offer through its own channels. With this, Loveland Festival will also remain a fixture in the festival season of New West next summer.
