Loveland Burst is the fresh King's Day concept within the stable of Loveland Events. Where you know Loveland from the festivals 909 Festival and Loveland Festival, this Koningsdag celebration in Meerpark in Oost deliberately bets on one day full of house and techno with DJs like Chris Stussy, Benwal, Funk Tribu, TLM, Sally C. and Benny Rodriques
Last year, BURST came to Meerpark for the first time. With that, Loveland Events tested a new format in Amsterdam East: a compact day festival in a public park, aimed at electronic lovers who really want to rave during the day. That turned out not to be a one-time trial. This year BURST returns with a setting and a lineup to savour.

The setting is distinctly different from an industrial park or club. Meerpark is a green expanse of grassy fields and open space, where Loveland Burst sets up several open-air stages. You walk from stage to stage across the grass, with a different variety of electronic music everywhere, but always within the corner house and techno. It's set up like a real crowd event: dancing together in the sun, thick outdoor sound systems and already full of energy during the day.

By programming a large electronic day festival in a public park precisely around King's Day, it joins the tradition of outdoor events during national holidays. Meerpark then transforms into a green dance floor where local and international visitors gather for a compact but intense dose of house and techno.
