Restaurant C by chef Michiel van der Eerde
The C in Restaurant C stands for Celsius, a unique restaurant concept created by chef Michiel van der Eerde, who works there with chef Arnout van der Kolk to create high quality dishes.
With this restaurant's cold and hot dishes, you will discover the importance of various temperatures to your culinary experience. For example, both the taste and texture of a dish can change completely when you prepare it at 20 degrees, 80 degrees, 100 degrees or even 200 degrees.
Menu
Consequently, the menu at Restaurant C consists of dishes divided by different temperatures. Raw dishes served below 20 degrees, soft-boiled delicacies at 80 degrees, boiled and steamed dishes at 100 degrees and the grill and tempura at 200 degrees.
Open kitchen and terrace
In addition, the open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant adds to the experience of this culinary spectacle. Here you can eat at the kitchen bar and watch the chefs as they prepare the most delicious dishes. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy the beautiful terrace on the Wibautstraat side of the restaurant.
Bar C and C of Cocktails
In the restaurant you will also find Bar C. This is a beautiful bar at the front of the establishment where you can have daily lunch and, of course, drinks. In addition, the C of Cocktails plays an important role here. You can therefore order the most delicious cocktails here. The same goes for a nice cold beer and a good glass of wine.
Opening hours Restaurant C
Restaurant C is open from 11 a.m. daily. On Friday and Saturday, closing time is at 3:00 and 1:00 the rest of the week.
