The people behind the success of fish restaurant Fish on the Scheldt recently opened a stone's throw away, The Roast Room, a unique meat experience. Surrounded by craft, open kitchens and the sturdy yet classic interior, you'll enjoy the finest cuts of meat, burgers, cold cuts and sausages from their own butcher shop. The Roast Room consists of The Roast Bar, a brasserie-style restaurant, and the De Rotisserie, a fine-dining restaurant on the second floor.
