The old factory hall of Deltour was recently transformed into creative spaces with the spacious Restaurant V12 as the absolute eye-catcher. The industrial character of the building was deliberately retained. Think high ceilings, original red iron beams and a raw Northern look that blends perfectly with the contemporary interior. With over 300 square meters, private space and a sun-drenched terrace out front, V12 feels simultaneously grand and approachable.
At V12, everything is about comfort without compromising on taste. Every month the restaurant serves an innovative three-course menu for only €32.50, where guests can choose between vegetarian, fish or meat dishes. In doing so, V12 seems to strike an effortless balance between culinary experimentation and approachable enjoyment. The kitchen draws inspiration from European gastronomy, but adds subtle worldly influences that keep the menu exciting.

In addition to the chef's menu, there is also an extensive menu of smaller dishes to share. In particular, the potato millefeuille with black garlic mayonnaise has since become a crowd favorite. V12 also opts for accessibility when it comes to wine, with a selection of natural wines that perfectly complement the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant.
“At V12, luxury is not about intricacy, but about good food, a nice atmosphere and the feeling that you are always welcome.”
Behind V12 are Floris, Meike and Sander, who saw their dream restaurant become a reality after a successful crowdfunding campaign. You feel that as soon as you step inside. No manufactured perfection, but a place where people come together for good food, fine music and long evenings at the table.
With its competitive value for money, creative cuisine and characterful location, V12 proves that Amsterdam-North is still one of the city's most exciting culinary areas.
