At six in the evening the party begins. Not at two o'clock in the morning when you're already halfway there, but right when the workday ends and the weekend opens up. That's the premise of Six PM Club: early-evening club nights from 6 p.m. to midnight at Jimmy Woo, in the middle of the Leidseplein area. The energy is high, the crowd is mature and the music goes deep.
Jimmy Woo is not a casual choice. The small club in Korte Leidsedwarsstraat has built a name for itself with its exclusive interior, intimate atmosphere and high-quality sound system. Exactly that makes the combination with Six PM Club logical: not a big hall where you get lost, but a setting where you feel the music and know the crowd. The inspiration for the concept comes from the disco heritage of New York and Chicago and the house culture of the early 1990s. That's audible in every set.
