After moving to Amsterdam, he became interested in the local products and cultural heritage of the Netherlands and decided to open a restaurant with his own version of New Dutch cuisine. Everything he does is with the utmost respect for product and environment. Let the chef and his team surprise you with flavorful dishes such as North Sea mackerel with piccalilli and wild garlic and Puffed pork skin with razor clams in vinaigrette.
