The dishes are simple and full of flavor with a limited number of ingredients on a plate. The Dutch shrimp with spring vegetables, butter lettuce, chives, sauce of Dutch shrimp and garlic butter and the Belly Bacon with Albert's award-winning meatballs, apple, Brussels sprouts, pearl onion and savory are absolute favorites.
