At Cabr\u00f3n, it's old-fashioned Amsterdam coziness, but with a Mediterranean twist. The Mexican cantina fits well with atmosphere that surrounds the Albert Cuyp.<\/p>\n

They serve a combination of authentic Mexican dishes and modern tacos at Cabr\u00f3n. A few favorites on the menu are the old school Birria (stew), Quesadillas with cherry chipotle sauce & duck confit and Tacos with pulled pork, sweet potato & fresh cheese<\/span>. They cook with as much sustainable fish and organic meat as possible, and there are plenty of options for vegans as well. Tip: If you're in a hurry or feel like a quick bite, stop by their booth at the market. There they sell delicious tacos and choripans (sandwiches) to go.<\/span><\/p>\n
