Re:Invent, the organization behind the concept, has deliberately chosen to combine productivity with excellent hospitality.

Re:Invent manages Club Strozzi as part of the work.club network, which has multiple locations throughout the Netherlands. Location manager Koen Betlem is the face of the Zuidas branch. The concept isn’t just about renting out square meters. The idea is that a good work environment requires more than just a desk and a Wi-Fi password. Members have access to common areas, catering, and the coffee bar, and can reserve meeting rooms at all work.club locations in the Netherlands through a booking portal.

The space is located on Barbara Strozzilaan, in a modern building that looks businesslike from the outside but has clearly made different design choices on the inside. The details have been carefully considered: no generic office furniture, but an environment that’s more reminiscent of a nice hotel lobby than a co-working space. Phone booths for quiet conversations, meeting rooms for small and larger groups, and a lunch area where you’ll actually want to have lunch. Club Strozzi is targeting a broader group: startups and scale-ups that want a prestigious address without the overhead of owning their own office building. The name refers to Barbara Strozzilaan itself, named after Barbara Strozzi, the 17th-century Venetian composer. A somewhat unexpected origin for an address best known for business deals.

Lifestyle

Anyone who has ever spent a day in a sterile open-plan office with fluorescent lighting and a vending machine that spits out bad coffee understands why Club Strozzi feels different.
