After a successful first edition in 2025 with a Japanese & Korean focus, this year's festival is growing into a grand three-day event celebrating the versatility of Asian cultures. From steaming bowls of ramen and spicy laksa to fragrant rendang, pho and authentic kimchi, visitors will take a culinary journey through the flavors of Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Nepal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, the Art of Taste Food Festival is about more than just food. The festival brings an extensive cultural program to the Museumplein with live music, traditional and modern dance performances, workshops, fashion, art installations and activities for young and old. This creates a dynamic mix of food festival, city experience and cultural event that perfectly matches Amsterdam's international character.<\/p>\n
