You pick the package, and then it rolls by itself.<\/h2>\n<p>At the heart of the menu are the Wagyu preparations, and they are serious. The M8 Australian Wagyu is prepared at the table on a stone BBQ, which is a spectacle in itself. Also included in the package is A5 Japanese Wagyu Ribeye Sukiyaki, A5 being the highest quality grade that Japan exports. Furthermore, you get wagyu tartare and three pieces of wagyu sushi. Yuki additionally serves a wide array of Japanese dishes that round out the package. The Rainbow Roll and sashimi are there for fish lovers, and nigiri and gunkan (the so-called battleship sushi) are also part of the package. Hot dishes like the Seafood Bisque and Salmon Salad provide some balance alongside all the meat. And then there is the Unagi Don, a donburi (Japanese rice bowl) with eel, which is on the menu as one of the Japanese side dishes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The M8 Australian Wagyu is prepared at the table on a stone BBQ, which is a spectacle in itself.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Yuki is currently in soft opening and is temporarily charging an introductory price of 59 euros per person, thirty euros cheaper than the regular price of 89 euros. Children aged four to eleven pay 28.50 euros, and children under four eat free. The location, on Binnen Bantammerstraat next to Nieuwmarkt, is easily accessible from the center. Whether you take streetcar, metro or bike, you'll be there in no time.
