After ten years, goodbye to The Beef Chief. Long was the regular kitchen partner of Oedipus Craft Space on Schaafstraat in North, and that's no small beer. Ten years of beer and meat, weekend in weekend out. But now Sassy's is here, and it's looking good.<\/h2>\n

Behind Sassy's are the men from Box Social and Kipitreal. Two names familiar to Amsterdammers in the food scene. Box Sociaal is the brunch restaurant that has been showing for years that lunch can be taken seriously. Kipitreal began as a weekend pop-up from that same kitchen and grew into one of the city's most popular fried chicken concepts. Crunchy, crispy, with distinct flavors.
