Euro Pizza Restaurant is establishing itself as a neighborhood restaurant in the Hammer Quarter in North. The business is in an industrial building on the waterfront, in an area that is rapidly changing from a work zone to a creative district with more and more hospitality and culture. Inside, you look out onto an open, spacious dining area with a distinctly factory-like feel.<\/h2>\n

The basis of everything here is the sourdough pizza. The dough rises slowly, making for light, airy bottoms with a distinct crust. On those bottoms come mostly toppings that lean on local and seasonal offerings. That means the menu stays small and shifts regularly: a few regular pizzas, supplemented by a handful of snacks and side dishes that move with what local producers are providing.<\/p>\n
