The Coffee District started in 2017 as a small coffee bar inside a fashion store in Zuid and subsequently grew into its own brand with multiple locations in the same district. The transition from a corner spot in a clothing store to independent neighborhood caf\u00e9s is reflected in the scale: compact, focused on regular neighborhood patrons, but with enough foot traffic from people on their way to the museums.<\/h2>\n

The location near Museumplein is set up as a small sit-down coffee bar with limited seating. You sit close to the bar, so you can see exactly how the coffee is brewed.
