Caf\u00e9 Restaurant Verlan is an initiative of Tijn Nieuwenhuizen, Daan Bonsen, Sander Ravesloot and chef Dirk Mooren. In the kitchen, Dirk, who is also one of the owners, swings the scepter and he does so with a distinctly French touch. The menu is no-nonsense and \u00e0 la carte, filled with dishes that take their inspiration from French cuisine. Dirk's personal approach shines on every plate, creating a recognizable taste experience reminiscent of his roots.<\/p>\n
