The menu is a culinary journey through East Asia. The duck-bao is served with sweet hoisin sauce and crispy shallots, while the chili chicken remains spicy and slightly crispy. Vegetarians get roasted eggplant with black garlic and sesame. The menu changes monthly; experimentation is the norm here.<\/p>\n
