Caf\u00e9 Collectif is a joint project of three Amsterdam natives: Door 74 for the cocktails and spirits, Bon Burger Bar for the food and Bottleshop for the wines and vinyl. That immediately explains the atmosphere: a listening bar with serious mixology, a bistro menu that offers comfort without fuss, and a record cabinet that adds glow to the room.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the bar, you taste precision - classics with a nod and house creations built on flavor, not spectacle. The kitchen is all about comfort: juicy burgers with character, crispy fries, a changing seasonal dish and small plates that automatically turn your table into a shared meal.
