At Papaverhof, on top of the Bob W Hotel, you'll find Stretch & Fold - a studio & caf\u00e9 with rooftop terrace, pool and sauna. The place invites you to step out of your routine: start with a yoga session, then head to the outdoor pool, splash or chill at the edge, have a soda or a small meal, and enjoy the rest of the afternoon as if the city were silent for a while.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The pool is the centerpiece on hot days. On the rooftop catches the sunlight almost all day, you can buy a swim pass here for single days or take advantage of membership benefits. For members, the pass is included with some memberships. Note: on busy days, reserving a spot outside is highly recommended.<\/p>\n

Besides swimming, there is also the sauna and a warm atmosphere around the restaurant\/caf\u00e9. The menu is seasonal: brunch, lunch and dinner. Think toasties, dishes with vegetables, e.g. fermentations, simple plates appropriate for a lazy rooftop day.<\/p>\n

The yoga studio offers daily sessions: Vinyasa, Movement, Yin Yang and more. You can choose to come just for yoga or combine everything: yoga + wellness (pool and sauna) + food.<\/p>\n

What you feel once you're there: the air, the light, the water. Not one of those stylized wellness resorts, but something more private and accessible. You hear people talking, music in a background, orders at the rooftop bar, the sound of the pool.
