The guiding principle in both the interior and the menu are the seven sins. Thus, upon entering you are welcomed by a large cross and the confessional has a prominent place in the restaurant. They carry this theme through to the basement, where you can enter through the <em>stairway to hell<\/em> ends up in a space with a diabolical character, designed by artist Hans Breuker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food &amp; Drink<\/strong><br \/>\nThe menu pays homage to the beautiful Spanish culture and offers a selection of surprisingly delicious (not too greasy) tapas. The small dishes are ideal for sharing and are divided into meat, fish and a large selection of vegetarian. Think black pasta with squid and cockles, thinly sliced pork shoulder and eggplant with manchego cheese. In addition to the large selection of Cavas, Spanish beers, fine wines and cocktails based on Spanish drinks are served. The huge sun terrace invites you to long dinners and late drinks in Spanish style.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>En el nombre del cava, la santa comida y la fiesta eterna. Am\u00e9n.
