The Gaia's menu is created using Western techniques, mostly Eastern ingredients and based on the 5 elements Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Hereby, each element represents specific flavors, colors and textures. The art deco interior gives the idea of a New York Jazz club and provides the perfect atmosphere to try out the extensive cocktail menu. Be surprised by classic cocktails with the addition of Eastern flavors or go for the unknown from the wine list, filled with wines that stand up to the chef's powerful spices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opening hours<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Gaia is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m..
