After Zuid, Ron Blaauw introduced us to Ron Gastrobar Oriental on Kerkstraat, Ron Gastrobar Paris on Leidseplein and Ron Gastrobar Indonesia in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, respectively. And as if Ron is not busy enough, we can now look forward to Ron Gastrobar Indonesia Downtown, the answer to the huge success in Ouderkerk. Executive Chef Agus Hermawan, appointed ambassador of traditional Indonesian cuisine by the Indonesian Minister of Tourism, will once again provide a unique culinary sensation at Downtown.<\/p>\n

The Downtown version of Ron Gastrobar Indonesia is Amsterdam's new hotspot. In addition to serving all the senses, the restaurant's bar offers an exciting and extensive collection of cocktails and wines. The highlight of Downtown is the imposing steel roof structure that offers views of the most beautiful city in the world.<\/p>\n

On weekends, Downtown turns into one big dance floor after dinner when chairs and tables fall aside for DJs and high-level entertainment.<\/p>\n
