Divine dishes from Israeli cuisine have found their way to Amsterdam. The skewers, kebabs, rib-eye, chicken liver, fried cauliflower, roasted eggplant and mushroom shawarma come to the table with all kinds of dips, pitas and vegetables. A culinary feast.

Israeli mothers use the word Bardak to describe their children's messy bedrooms. An organized chaos. And that is exactly what Bardak stands for, organized chaos with a tasty twist.

In addition to delicious street food dishes, enjoy the tastiest cocktails with traces of arrack (a popular Middle Eastern anise drink) at Bardak. Cocktails like the Chili Cucumber Margarita, Cheeky Mezcal or Solero Sour are not to be sneezed at here. The cocktail menu also offers traditional cocktails. Prefer a specialty beer? The bar serves Oedipus, Stella Artois, Goose Island, Brouwerij 't IJ and De Eeuwige Jeugd, among others.

"The hospitality industry emerged in Tel Aviv in recent years.
